APPROVING DS Surgeries

Just wanted to share that as of 5/1/03, Anthem BCBS affiliates (represented in 12 states) now approve the DS surgery for members with BMI of 50 or higher. The other criteria are basic criteria....ENJOY AND SPEND THEIR MONEY!!!!!    — AM1908 (posted on May 13, 2003)
