Question:
Any EDS Employees out there ?

I am an eds employee in MICHIGAN and am being denied due to a very veage exclusion. Being they are Employeer funded insurance they don't have to follow state guidlines. I have spoken w/about 4 other ppl on here who also work for my company who have had it done, but they didn't have any problems really w/being approved. A co-worker (she also is needing this surgery)and I have appealed 2x's now and am hoping someone can help!    — Snowflake48342 (posted on May 13, 2003)
