I am going June 4th. I feel very comfortable doing this. I have been to
Mexico alot. After plenty of research I know this will be fine. I have
Kaiser but they want you to do too much and wait to long.
Go for it!!!!!!!!!!

On your profile you can choose your surgeon. If you put in Dr. Aguirre you
will be able to see others who have him listed as their docs and link to
their profiles to check out surgery dates and the progress of post ops,
etc.

Hello~ Please read my profile for complete details on my surgery with
Dr.Aguirre, from the begining until now. I *LOVED* him!! It would not
matter to me now, knowing what I know now, if I had insurance to have this
surgery in the United States or $1,000,000.00 to have this surgery, I would
still use Dr.Aguirre. I wake up every day and Thank God that he showed me
the way to Dr.Aguirre. He is loaded with surgical competence and goes so
far past your expectations as far as bedside manner goes, he is by far the
most caring "surgeon" and "person" I have ever had the
pleasure to meet! He could really teach surgeons here what it means to
"Care about their patients". He still is in touch with me even
now. You can call him anytime of the day or night and have a 90% chance of
getting him on the phone. I have *NEVER* had any problems at all. I feel
*GREAT* and he has changed my whole life, I can't imangine what I'am going
to feel like in a year from now. The hospital was very clean! He hires his
own nurses just for *HIS* patients. There is 2 other doctors that work with
him, all 3 of them speak English, there was no problem communacating with
any of them and all 3 go well beyond the call of duty! I'am not saying that
I wasn't nervous about going because I was, I had gotten alot of negaive
feedback from my family and friends as well as some of the people on this
website, but something inside told me he was the surgeon to use. That was
the 1st time I had ever flown in a airplane and never had I been out of the
country on top of that there was only one person on Dr.Aguirre's patient
forum which was Lisa F. and she was a BIG help to me, now there is almost
30 people on the forum so it makes it alot easier to make the decision to
go. Don't be afraid to ask him questions, he's not going to get offended by
your questions. Ask him whatever you want to know. Good Luck to you on
whatever you decide to do!!

Hi there, I too am going to Dr Aguirre. I have been to see 2 American
surgeons and interviewed one other in Mexico. I have decided to have
surgery with Dr Aguirre and am 100% confident in him. He has been more
informative than ANY of the other surgeons I have been too and much more
caring!! I truly feel blessed that we are lucky enough to have found him.
E-mail him with any questions you have.....he will answer any questions you
may have, and some you never thought of!!!!
