hi there :) i stay away from the sugar cuz im afraid of dumping but im more
afraid of discovering i dont dump. if i realize that i dont, it would be
easier for me to eat the dreaded sugar :( i think what you experienced is
one of the classic signs of dumping. you can also get nausiated,
sweaty, crampy, dizzy, tired and even headaches. good luck to you! there are
many good sugar alternatives out there :) splenda is good for sweetening
anything and russel stovers has got alot of really good products out that
will help quiet a sweet tooth attack, again, good luck to you! :)

When your heart starts racing, this is just one part of the "dumping
syndrome". You shouldn't eat the sugar, it could cause even more
problems than that. Some people dump on minimal amounts of sugar, some even
from the sugar alcohol, so just be very careful. Good luck
