What is the diference...

Do you guys know someone that performs the Fobi Pouch in Houston. The insurance companies accept this procedure, and it has the same risks, complications, and weight loss than RNY ?....    — Rosa M. (posted on April 10, 2003)

From what I have researched, if I an correct here...the Fobi is the RnY with a band/ring at the stoma to help support it. Maybe the pouch is a little smaller, not sure there though. The results should be the same as the RnY.
