Question:
Does anyone have a draft letter they had to write to their surgeon?

I have been researching several different surgeons and the one that I think I want to go with is requring that I write a letter about my history, and the knowledge that I have of the surgery does anyone have a draft? I'm not good at this.    — [Deactivated Member] (posted on February 3, 2003)
