Question:
I'm looking for a sample letter for my PCP /Breast Reduction

I have an appointment today with my PCP. I've lost 160lbs, I just had a tummy tuck and hernia repair which my insurance paid for no questions asked. They turned down the Breast Reduction as not necessay. My surgeon wants to appeal but asked for my PCP to send her a letter. I would like to go to him today with the letter completed...so that he just has it retyped on his letter head... any suggestions?? Thanks    — Debby F. (posted on January 8, 2003)

Peter!!!! That's me!! Minus a few gray hairs, but only a few. That is so cute. I was just telling my husband the other day that I will try for a breast lift before a tummy tuck. If I had a tummy tuck, I wouldn't enjoy it with boobies to the floor. I will keep checking this post, because, I too, am interested in the sample letter. Good luck
