Real Meals is advertised on the banners of this website. It's a powdered protein supplement that you mix with water or milk. Be cautious when ordering this--I ordered just a few packets to try--I do not like it at all! It's WAY TOO SWEET for me.

It is made by Healthy N Fit nutritionals. They are they same company that manifactures most of the labels you see in GNC. It is a protein drink with 60 grams of protein plus amino acids and peptides to ensure 100% absorbtion by Gastric Bypass patients. It also has over 40 other vitamins and nutrients including the major ones that post ops become deficient in. Including b12, iron, and calcium. It has lean muscle stimulators to prevent sagging skin, and biotin for hair loss. (I had my pharmacist check it out before I bought it)I think it tastes great, especially compared to the other ones I have tried. I know several other people that all swear by it too. A couple of people say it is too sweet, but they all seem to be new post ops. Everything tasted too sweet to me right after surgery. If it is a little too sweet at the beginning just add a little extra water to each serving.

I take Real Meals and I love it. My weight loss really picked up again after I started taking it. Look in the product reviews on this site. It is listed under a couple of different categories Protein Drinks, Protein Powder, Meal Replacement and something else. I guess everyone is calling it something different. Anyway, it is the only protein drink I have seen that has such great reviews, even doctors and nurses. My nutritionist says it is the best she has seen and it recommending it to everyone now. My hair was really coming out befor I started it and it stopped after only a week of taking it.
