Amy,
I have my surgery scheduled for the 15th of Novemeber and my pre-surgery
testing on the 11th. The testing the Dr. told me of was: Lab work, EKG,
Chest X-ray, Conference on Medical History, Meet with Nutritionist, Meet
with Anesthesiologist and pre-register. I'm sure I probably spelled some
of those words wrong but ya know what I mean..I think it's all pretty
standard and I was told should take me about 4 hours. Good Luck!! &
Best Wishes...Carol

Amy just buckle up and enjoy the ride. You are on the down hill to the
other side....post op.
This is a time when you kind of freak out for no reason open your eyes in
the morning thinking about it and close your eyes thinking about it.
Here is what I did during the wait....I cleaned, I cleaned and then I
really cleaned. I did laundry I went places I like to go because I knew I
wouldnt be able to for a while and stuff like that.
Now is just the wait......it seems really long but when you walk into the
hospital on your surgery date you'll think OMG today is the day.
Best wishes to you!!!
