Question:
Has anyone had difficulty with the Peoria Surgical Group?

I can not seem to get a date from this group. I was approved on April 17th, cpmpleted all requirments by May 17th. Called the office June 1st and was told I would be receiving a call any day. I reminded them that I wasn't teaching summer school, the secretary assured me that I would be shprtly called. I waited 2 weeks and called again, sec. on vaCATION. Waited another week. I called June 15, was told waited another two weeks. I waited 4 weeks, caleed today and was told that they couldn't understand why I haven't been called, but the office manger is on vacation I should wait another week and call July 15th. Now answer this am I being too impatient? I see numerous people on this site who use the same group and they have dates. What should I do?    — marta B. (posted on July 8, 2002)

Marta - I have been VERY PLEASED with my experience in dealing with Peoria Surgical Group. I have Dr. Marshall, not sure who you have so maybe that makes a difference? I believe each doc has his own RN and scheduler. Lap RNY 7/3/02 (still healing) Good Luck - Anna

i had dr. gupta in peoria and had no prblems at all im sorry it is taking you so long to get a date just keep on them it will work out for ya....
