Question:
Has anyone else here had MVP in upstate NY (ALbany) and did they approve TT?

I am 8mos out and need to start researching TT. Has anyone had MVP and did they cover any reconstructive surgery? If so, what did you need to show them?    — Marcie B. (posted on June 12, 2002)

I have MVP in VT and was approved recently for a panniculectomy...surprisingly with very little effort. I had open RNY 2/13/01 and have lost 127 lbs...I met with the plastic surgeron, she took some pictures and asked some questions and submitted the paperwork to MVP...I received word of the approval in less then two weeks!
