Is there a limit of how much Splenda we can have in one day? I had RNY,

There should'nt be any reason to limit it if it agrees with you. I too love Splenda. However I have found that when I used alot of it I was going on eating binges. Seems it set me off! So I've cut back on it and I'm not so hungry all the time now. But if it does'nt do this to you then enjoy.
