Anyone from Illinois that happens to have John Deere insurance or a patient of Peoria

How much does the pysch evaluation cost I have John Deere insurance, and the provider the psychologist is in my network, if insurance won't pay how much is this going to cost me. Also will the insurance cover the education class? Come on Peoria people    — marta B. (posted on April 30, 2002)

Marta, I have JDH insurance. I live in Iowa,but chose to have surgery in Illinois at BTC. I am also an insurance agent. JD was awesome, they support WLS. Also if the Dr. is in the network you will only pay the Co-Pay. I have someone from JDH as a contact person as well as becoming good friends with. She helped me expediate everything.
