Question:
Does Anyone have Patterns Sized 24, 26, 28?
Hello, I am a Per op (Still fighting Insurance) and My Husband and I are planning a trip to the Philippines (His Birth/growing up place)It is going to be HOT and Muggy from what I have been told, Now my question: I have been looking for a sundress/sarong that I can travel in, wear on the beach, out to dinner, and it still look nice after sitting 23 hours on a plane. I saw one but I refuse to spend $52 dollars on it. So I am thinking that maybe I can sew one cheaper (Heck for that price I can make 3 or 4) And since I live in Los Angeles we have the Garment district down town and I can find Material 2 bucks a yard otr less (Nice stuff too) So I am asking if any one has patterns out there that they are willing to sell or give or loan. Please E Mail me [email protected] Thanks in advance. Christy — Christina B. (posted on April 29, 2002)

I'm using mine but it might be cheaper to hit a sale than pay for shipping.
For example, may 4 the joanne's fabric store here is selling mccall
patterns for 1.00 each. You can bet I'll be there when the store opens.
They also recently had 75% off vogue and butterick patterns. I got a really
cute jumper sort of pattern off that one. Good luck.

You can find patterns in plus sizes at fabric stores?? Because whenever I
would look, in hopes of making cute clothes in my size, I found even less
patterns in my size thatn I did clothes!
