Question:
If I haven't had hair loss by 4 months, will I have hair loss?
When won't I have to worry about hair loss anymore. — Arlene V. (posted on April 2, 2002)

Hi. I am five months post op today. I started noticing little hairs in
the shower, on the toilet top, along the outside of the tub, etc. at about
three months. It's still that way. I bought a supplement called, Hair,
Skin & Nails. I don't know if it's helping or not. Fortunately, the
only one the hair loss is noticeable to is ME. Not one single person has
mentioned that my hair is thinner. From all I've read here on this site,
it will subside. Hope this helps.

Sorry to tell you this, but my hair loss occurred in months 6-9.

I'm at month 9 and had no hair loss. Good luck and God Bless!

I just entered my sixth month. I started losing hair at month two and it
hasn't stopped yet. I eat all of my protein and take Biotin. The same way
everyone's weight loss is different, so is the hair loss. But, the main
thing is that everyone says it grows back. That's what I am waiting for!

I started about 4-4 1/2 months out, not clumps, but def. hair loss. The new
is already growing in, and the loss is subsiding a bit now. I am a lil over
six months post.

My hairloss didnt start till almost 5-6 months. It is still falling out
pretty bad. However I am very fortunate in that I had really thick hair so
it is still unnoticable for others. But I can really tell.
