Anyone a City of Seattle employee or know anything about their exclusion policy?

The Aetna policy for City of Seattle employees has an exclusion clause that says "regardless of diagnosis". Has anyone gotten approval with this kind of exclusion?    — Cheri M. (posted on March 19, 2002)
