Question:
Has anyone utilized the services of an attorney to get approval?

My insurance company, Paramount HMO, has added a WLS exclusion to their policy but I am fighting it. Has anyone else been through this? What were your results?    — Diane P. (posted on December 29, 2001)

I don't know about Paramount, but I have Coventry HMO with the same exclusion. I contacted www.obesitylaw.com and they responded right away. I'm just starting out myself..Good Luck~
