Question:
If you have open RNY can doctor do a tubaligation at same time?

My surgeon does this at the same time if you want. He also removes the gallbladder if needed, so I\'m not sure if that has anything to do with it. I\'d check with your surgeon.

I am having a tubuligation performed during my surgery but my surgeon requires a gynecologist to perform it. You may want to check with your doctor on what they prefer. Good Luck

It is up to your Dr. Mine wouldn't because you are introducing more germs into the body. He was afraid of infection in my stomache.You'd better ask him.
