I don't know but I have the same problem when I get to the city. I just hop
in a cab. The fares are reasonable and reduces anxiety for me.

I am also not sure which one it is. I am in sales and my territory
includes Mannhatten. Whenever I decide to go with public transportation, I
just ask everyone directions! There are always security guards and
policeman....I usually ask them. After that, I just ask the drivers!
Usually not a headache, but if you prefer, a cab is also a good way to go.

Penn Station (west Side) to Lennox Hill (east side) isn't easy to do on the
subway, it would be easier to take a cab. You could take the 1/9 downtown
(if I remember Lennox Hill is downtown, righ?) and then walk across if you
are up to it. Or if you took a cab at that point then it would be cheaper.
Hope that is helpful

Not easy to do. Lennox Hill Hospital is, I believe, at Lexington Ave. and
77th St., and Penn Station at 8th Ave. & 34th St. You need to take the
7th Ave. train to 42nd St., shuttle across to Grand Central, take the
uptown train to 79th and walk over. Much easier to take a cab, by far, and
worth it, if you're not sure where you're going. Either way, Good Luck and
keep smilin', Margie B

Take the E train UPTOWN/QUEENSBOUND to Lexington. Transfer to the #6 train
UPTOWN to 77th.
