Question:
I need help filling in the spaces in the My Journal Letter to the Ins Company
I can figure out my BMI, but how do I figure out the following...With my abnormally high BMI, I am at an estimated _____ percent increased risk of death at my present weight. — Kathy P. (posted on October 1, 2001)

You know, when I wrote my letter I asked the same question and no one could
come up with an answer for me. So, this isn't the best way to do it, but I
multiplied my BMI by the BMI I wanted to be and divided it by 5 and rounded
out that number to the nearest 100 or 50 mark. I didn't know what else to
do!

I know this is an old question but I thought someone else
might like to know still. I've been searching the library
for answers too. :-) I found a site that calculates it for
you. :-)
