Question:
cant get medical insurance... will mid-cal cover me?

I went to the Alverado Surgical Weight loss center's website. They have a section that tells you about insurance coverage. If you go to it you will see that they say " Medical usually does not cover WLS, however, a determined person who can show medical necessity can get it through them. I think your BMI would prove medical necessity. Especially if you have comorbid conditions like sleep apnea, High cholesterol, back pain, and diabetes.
