Question:
Has anyone with United Health Care of Ohio-Plus (HMO) been approved?

I had United Health Care of LA and was approvoved w/o a problem. No hi bp or diabetes, just hi bmi and joint pain. Good luck!

Call the number on your card and ask if they cover gastric bypass surgery if it is medically necessary. There are SO many clauses in insurance (trust me, I just found that out.)
