Referal/paperwork question???

After you get a referal to Dr.Wolfe/UCD Surgery Center in Sacramento,How long does it take for them to send you your packet of papers to fill out. I got my referal last week.    — Brandy P. (posted on May 15, 2001)

You have to be aggressive.... Just call them up and ask them if they've mailed it out yet. Let them know you are still waiting for it! Good luck to you!
