Question:
Has anyone had a kidney cyst?

After having my ultrasound for my galbladder the DR called me and told me I have a cyst on my kidney and it has to be taken care of before surgury. Has any one had this problem and if so please let me know how this is taken care of..    — renee J. (posted on May 5, 2001)

About 6 weeks after surgery I got a kidney stone (painful) Then I went for a ultrasound of my kidneys and the doctor said I had a cyst on my left kidney, The doctor said it was very common and not to worry about it. He also said that there was no treatment, so please let me know what your doctors say the treatment is (maybe I should get a second opinion)
