Question:
Wanna try a great protein shake?
My dietician gave me his recipe: 1/4 cup powdered skim mik, 3 crushed ice cubes, 1 pkg. artificial sweetner, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp. imitation vanilla, 2 tbsp. peanut butter. Blend nonfat milk with water. Add peanut butter, blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. 350 calories & 20g protein. It's delicious & very satisfying. Enjoy!!! — Anna R. Thanks for the input, Ava. This is just the basic recipe. I actually use
soy milk & low fat peanut butter to cut down on the fat & sugar.
It's been working great for me. Before I started drinking the shake, I was
incorporating he ingredients into my daily food intake, anyway. I have 1/2
in the morning & 1/2 in the late afternoon or early evening.
