Question:
I haven't hit 100lbs yet...18 months post-op.
I have went from 263 to 165lb...even after plastic surgery. the weight loss has stopped for months now!! Is there a way to boost the weight loss again. I am sticking to a low carb high protein diet!!! Help! — kelley G. (posted on July 28, 2004)

There is absolutely no info on your profile page regarding your height, the
type of exercise you do, which supplements you are taking, how much water
you're drinking, etc. Please help us help you by providing that info--
there's always a way to jumpstart the weight loss but without more specific
info, I can only suggest tracking your food intake, drinking A LOT of
water, exercising daily, possibly doing protein supps and checking the
Q&A library for the "Pouch Rules for Dummies" and advice on
plateau-busting.
