My favorite is 100% Whey Protein spplememt. The flavor is Double Rich
Chocolate. I use my blended and then put it in the frezzer until almost
froze. I love it. Gook luck on finding one that you like. I bought mine at
the GNC store. If you are not happy with it or just don't like it. They
will exchange it for what ever you want.

I like ProScore 100 choco. 2 sc + 7 oz water + a lil ice, blend with hand
blender. Perfection in a glass. I also use Pure Whey Stack choco, 1.5 sc +
6 oz water, shaken. Very nice. I use a coupla others, but those are my two
faves

I prefer Ultra Pure Protein shakes. They come ready made and provide 35
grams of protein w/only 4 grams of carbs. They can be purchased at GNC. My
favorite is the chocolate.

Most likely, everyone is going to have a different opinion on this due to
having different taste. My personal choices so far have been the Revival
Shakes at 1-800-REVIVAL or http://www1.revivalsoy.com/index.lasso they
give you several different flavors to choose from and you can choose from
Unsweetened, Splenda, Fructrose, Low Calorie Artificial Sweetener.
Another thing if you can still tolerate lactose. I like to buy the Carb
Countdown milk and add a scoope of "Any Whey Protien" to it in
the smoothie maker add a little ice and ake a shake. Love the chocolate!
This give me 12 protiens from the milk and 17g from the ANY WHEY totals 29g
of protien in one shake. Being a DS patient my requirements for protien are
120g per day with no more than 30 in one meal. Your body only absorbs up to
30g at a time, so anything more than this would be wasted.
The ANY WHEY protien can be added to all kinds of foods, not just shakes.
The cheapest I've seen it sold is on
http://www.bariatricadvantage.com its like 13.99 at GNC its 19.99. (sorry
to get off track a bit there) Best of luck to you.

My favorites after nearly 2 1/2 years are the Nectar mixes and GlycerLean
(Vanilla and Malted). Both mix with water (less calories) and since I am
lactose intolerant that helps a lot.

LIFE TIME FITNESS has awesome protein...either premade or powder.
They also have protein bars that are good.

Well, this isn't really a "shake" but I love Protein Ice from
GNC. It tastes and looks like Kool Aid and has a whopping 40 grams of
protein with 160 calories and no carbs. I'm not that into shakes, but have
found that Unjury protein powders are pretty good and they've got puddings
and things too. (unjury.com) Last, but not least, manageyourweight.com has
interesting protein choices like beef and chicken broth, and cream of
tomato soup. The beef broth is very good, the others--so-so. The beef
broth has 15 grams of protein, 80 cals and 5 gms carbs per serving and is a
very nice change from shakes and a nice, nutritious warm-up on cold winter
afternoons! I hope this helps!

I had a really hard time finding a protein that I could stand, much less
like. I like the Nectar for fruit flavored protein and I like Champion Pure
Whey in the chocolate and also the mocha. The banana flavor is actually
pretty good too. What you might do is order samples of many brands until
you find one you like. I order from www.wlssuccess.com. Good luck!
