I am a firm believer in the Mayo Clinic and they say to take 2 Flintstone
Vitamins a day..Works for me.

Hi, I personally have not tried andrew lessman vitamins but i do watch them
on home shopping network, and when he was on qvc, which was a very long
time ago. and he seems to be the best vitamin maker and teacher i know,
when it comes to vitamins. They are kind of pricey. I was going to try
his carnitine liquid but i didn't order them. I will say go for it. I
think he has some very good products

My surgeon and dietitian told me that I could continue to take his vitamins
post-op. I am VERY sensitive to fillers used in many vitamins and Andrew's
vitamins have never caused me any problem. I purchased them originally
thru QVC (they no longer carry them), but now buy directly from his
company.

I called the company twice. Once to confirm that the vitamin capsules
could be opened and put into food or liquid. I was told YES, no problem
that many of their customers did that without a problem. The vitamins
don't really taste bad even just in water (yes, I tried that).

Then I called later and asked if I could just put the complete capsules in
my blender when I mix my protein shakes. They checked and called me back.
Told me absolutely could be done. So post-op, I am planning to blend them
in my protein shakes that I make in the blender. Otherwise I will take
them apart and spill the contents into some food or drink. I LOVE THESE
VITAMINS!!!

Mary, are you aware that he now sells his vitamins on the Home Shopping
Network (HSN)?
