I just wanted to thank you people out there for being there.

I am scheduled for surgery next week. I have been reading your postings for the last couple of months, and I have to tell you, I have learned more from you than I have learned from any book I have read on gastic by-pass surgery. It's nice to know that you are out there if I have any questions as I begin my weight loss journey. It's nice to know I am not alone. Thanks so much!! Good Luck on your Weight Loss Journey, I know you will do fabulous, I had mine 2 months ago and I have been reading the questions daily since march! It is a great place to get answers to all sorts of questions & I don't know what I would do without it!! DOWN 53lbs!!! YAAAAAAY GOOD LUCK!

Best of luck to you with your surgery!! I feel the same way about this website and the people associated! It is SO wonderful and this is where I have also learned the most. There is so much support I think it's just fabulous!! I just got home from the hospital this afternoon...I had open RNY 3 days ago. Things are going well. Just trying to keep up with all the fluids! Best of luck to you. I am sure you will do great.
