Question:
Anyone have a Weight Watchers points calculator?
I am going to follow the Weight Watchers points program for one month before surgery to try to lose some excess weight that I've gained. I have tried Weight Watchers before and have had some short-term success with it. My problem is that after I was approved for WLS, I got rid of all of my WW materials. Now, I need to know what my point range is per day. I currently weigh 315 pounds. — kristynush (posted on August 8, 2003)

Hi Kristy (nice name by the way...lol) Anyways I have been on WW
too and I weigh 375 now still pre-op as well. I was told not to go over 30
points per day. So for you I would say 25-30 would be fine. I wouldnt go
over 30 if I was you. I hope this helps you out. Good luck hun :)

I have a really neat Excel calculator. You can enter the food information
and it automatically calculates the points per serving. It's a MS Office
product, so it won't work unless you have that loaded on your computer.
Email me if you'd like me to forward to you. [email protected].

Here's a neat web site that shows WW points and nutritional values of food
in poplular restaruants ( http://www.dwlz.com/restaurants.html ) -- Maybe
this can help, too.
