Question:
How to prevent a lot of hanging skin in stomach area, any helpful exercises?

I am wondering that too. There is a lady at one of the support groups that
I attend that looks fantastic after 140 lb loss. She drinks tons of water.
She drinks 120 oz a day. I am pre-op but plan on adding additional water
to my plan. Hope you get some good answers.

Unfortunately, all of the exercise in the world won't tighten up
skin...only the muscles underneath. I have found that even after doing
crunches, on a machine, with 40 pounds of weight that my muscles are
tightening up nicely, but it's almost making the skin look a bit
saggier...same thing with the 'girls'. But, you know, resistance exercise
has so many other benefits that I would encourage you to give it a try
anyway. Good luck!
