48-64 oz a day - if you can make the higher amount so much the better, but
you should get in at least 48 oz. This may not be possible in the early
going unless you "sip, sip, sip all day long"...R

Gene, the minimum required by surgeons and nutritionists all around is
64oz. I've never heard of it being less, but ofcourse its always better to
get even more than that!

I drink 4-5 liters a day at this point. (I am about 2 1/2 months postop.) I
really feel better when I drink more water. IT is also important so you do
not get dehydrated. Good luck!
