Question:
Does anyone know if there is a book that shows protien grams?
I see many books on Calories etc. I'm wondering if there is a book that shows how many protien grams are in certain foods. — Pairodise (posted on February 23, 2003)

I keep track of it all on www.fitday.com, not only does it have a bunch of
foods, you can add your own off of labels on the boxes. It is a miracle
for me!

I use "The Complete Book of Food Counts" by Corrine T. Netzer,
6th Edition. I found it at my local grocery store on the book rack. I has
everything. I use it in ocncert with a great program I found for my PDA,
called "Ultimate Calorie Manager", that does everything that
fitday.com seems to to, and is portable!! www.ultimatecaloriemanager.com

The Pocket Protein Counter is also a GREAT book. You can find it at your
local Barnes and Noble or online at Amazon.com

www.FitDay.com is WONDERFUL. Easy to use, tracks everything you need. A
great tool!!! In fact, I just went to the Nutritionist and she thought it
was great, had never seen this web site before, but decided she would share
it with her other patients. Good Luck!
