Question:
Has anyone experienced numbness in their feet or shins post-op?

I am about 7 months out and have lost about 140 pounds. The bottom of my right foot, the toes and my shin are slightly numb for the past several days. I thought I noticed that the back of my left arm was numb also a few days ago as well. My labs last month were great and I don't have diabetes. Anyone else?    — Michael N. My hands and feet fall asleep a lot. I questioned my surgeon about it and he said it was normal. My body is just in shock from losing so much weight so fast. It will eventually go away.

I am only about 4 weeks post-op but have noticed that my hips go numb and get hot and cold at the same time alot. Almost daily, especially when I get in bed. I am gonna ask my surgeon about this when I see him on the 23rd.

Does your multi (2 of 'em) include all the B-vites, at least 1,2,3,6? Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin....? And are you taking B12 sublingually or by shot? And final question, when was your last B12 test and what was the number?
