Question:
I just got the Protien you put in your food, now what do I do?
2 Tbs has 25 grams and is not suppost to taste like anything. Has anybody else use this? How do you use it? When you are making your food sprinkle it in or do you mix it in after the food is cooked? Please help, I want to make this work. — Robin A. (posted on November 7, 2002)

I'm with Kate....this stuff is wonderful! Just remember that if you are
adding it to something that doesn't have a lot of liquid in it, add some
more liquid to it or the soy powder makes it too thick. For
example...every once in a while I crave a pancake. I add 2 tbs to 1/4 cup
pancake mix, add additional water to make it the right consistancy adn cook
as usual. (I do use SF syrup.) I've added it to every recipe I've ever
made in the crock pot with much success, soups, milk for cereal, gravy and
many other things. The only thing I didn't like it with was eggs....made
them WAY too thck. Good luck!!

This protein sounds wonderful---I have one question: Doesn't heating it
too high make it breakdown? I was advised to not heat whey protein over
about 140 degrees, which is not very hot. Just wondering.
