Have any one deal with Ohio teamster and got a approval for surgery with the exclusio

This what my contract read for ohio teamster the exclusion reads no form of obesity, weight reduction or dietary control does anyone every beat this exclusion with ohio teamster insurance...my insurance is medical mutual of ohio but ohio teamster is the underwriter there the one denied my surgery..    — Francine R.
