Might want to try a sponge cake and top with cool whip lite and fresh fruit like bllueberries or strawberries. Or maybe add SF jelly between the layers of cut angle food sponge cake or drizzle with SF choc ice cream topping. starting to make me hungry just to think about it.

Kim I have seen at large grociery stores that they have sugar free cakes an toppings. Hope this helps it is quiet expensive, $3.00 hope it helps.

Forget my advice about the sponge cake. I just looked at one in the store and it is 23 gms of SUGAR........Not exactly Sugar free. Sorry.
