Question:
How do we figure out how many .........
calories we are taking in each day if we don't absorb everything we eat? Like fat, for instance? We don't absorb it all so does that mean we don't absorb those calories?? I was sitting here just wondering about that. — Kim B. (posted on October 11, 2002)

It all depends on how distal you are. For example I had 150 cm bypassed
(about 5 feet) so if I eat 1000 calories I absorb about 600.
