Question:
I was just wondering what the longest plateau someone has had would be?
I am at 4 months post op and I have been on a 3 week plateau now. How much longer can this last!!!??? What was your longest plateau and at what stage post op were you? I just want to compare notes. I recently upped my exercise. I am walking 2 miles at least 5 times a week and using free weights for 20 minutes every other day. My food intake has increased a bit and I am grazing more in the evenings...on things like cheese, nuts and prezels...but not to the point that I should not still be losing weight in my opinion. I had one that lasted three months. I continued to lose inches, but not
pounds.

try not to let this bother you as I've been on one for about 5 months now.
Not seeing the scales move at all, although I have noticed lately I'm still
losing inches. I would like to see the scales move again sometime soon
too. I'm 11 months out and down 80 pounds. Hang in there

Rosemary, for a minute I thought it was me that had written your posting!
I'm 4 1/2 months post-op and was on a 3 1/2 week plateau that just broke
yesterday, -2. Hang in there. Some of the others are kinda scary, 5 month
long plateaus, but keep in mind that we are still early post-ops and
hopefully we won't be faced with long plateaus until we are much further
along. Sounds like you are doing well though with your exercise. I upped
my exercise and added a protein drink for a few days in a row and that is
what moved me off the plateau, I think.
