I too looked everywhere for sugar free yogurt but couldn't find any either.
A call to my dietician (BTC)and I was told I could have "Yoplait
" as long as it had the shiny blue foil lid. Yogurt has a lot of
natural sugars from the milk and this particular brand has fructose for its
sweetner. I ate about a third or half of a container at a time and had no
problems. Hope this helps

Blue Bunny makes a yogurt called Lite 85 that is fat free and has no sugar
added. It's sweetened with Splenda. Each 6 oz. container contains 8 or 9
grams of sugar, but like the previous poster said, the sugar is only from
milk and natural sweeteners. I am able to eat a whole container without
any problems.

You can get the Blue Bunny brand at Walmart. My nutritionist recommends
that brand also. And they are very tasty.

MOST "LIGHT" YOGURTS ARE SUGAR FREE. LOOK AT THE CONTENTS. SOME
WILL SAY ASPERTAME/SPLENDA, ETC...

Dannon Light and Fit Creamy is my FAVORITE. 60 calories No fat and six
grams of sugar per serving. It comes in little four packs and is so YUMMY!!
I don't think you will be able to find a fruit yogurt without any sugar in
it, but I may be wrong.

There is no such thing as "sugar-free" yogurt, since yogurt is
made from milk, which has naturally occuring sugars in it. It would be
like trying to look for a "sugar free" apple... it doesn't
exisit. What most people are referring to when they say "sugar
free" with regard to yougurt is NO SUGAR ADDED. That is, the only
sugars in the product are the naturally occurring sugars from the food. No
sugar added yogurt is sweetened with some type of artifical sweetener. My
personal preference is for the Blue Bunny Lite 85 brand, however, they are
all reasonably good. If you are sensitive to aspartame, then you would be
better off with Blue Bunny which is sweetened with splenda.
