Hello! Everyone has a different opinion as to what is a "good protein
drink" ... they can get costly to say the least especially when you
end up throwing most of it away due to the awful taste of some. My best
advice is to go to www.vitalady.com and order some samples. Try them out
and then purchase the bigger containers of it.. Will save you a lot of
money in the long run!!! GOOD LUCK!

Every ones answer to this question will be different because we all have
different taste buds. I like KETO shakes and you can get them online at
www.ketofoods.com they have all kinds of yummy flavors that taste like ice
cream to me. I mix 4ox of water and 4oz of ice with 2 scoops of the powder
in a blender untill it is smooth and i love it. Good Luck! Nancy

My favorite is premixed Myoplex from GNC, comes in choc., vanilla, &
strawberry. I also like the Myoplex bars, Pure Protein bars are not so bad
either :) Isopure has a protein drink similar to 'Crystal Light' that's
good, but hard to find. Like the other posters stated though, order from
the web, it will definately be less expensive and you can get free samples
from some sites. Enjoy your trip to our beautiful state!!!

I just bought two different kinds yesterday. One was what the sales lady
said was her most popular. It looked familliar to me as I have seen a huge
stock of it at GNC. It is made by Optimum Nutrition and says Natural
100%WHEY protein. I got the vanilla because you can mix it with several
different flavors. I liked this one so much more than the other one I
bought called Designer Whey. I have HAD to mix this one with a flavor
because the taste is really bad. I also like Extreme Pure Pro for
something different. It is a grape flavored protein drink, much like
Kool-aid but a tad bit thicker. I am going to buy the 5 lb. container of
the Optimum Nutrition Whey because I like it so much. And you might want
to check prices at bodybuilding.com Their prices are the best that I have
found. Do your own comparing. My 1 pounder of Optimum Nut. cost me $12.78
at the store, and I can get the 5 pounder for like $23 plus 4.99 s&h.
It ends up much cheaper than the local stores, and they deliver to your
door within 2-3 days. Protein content of each: Optimum Nutrition Natural
WHEY 22gr/scoop. Designer Whey 18.5 gr./scoop. Extreme Pure pro 26
gr./scoop. Hope you find one that you like.

water frozen strawberries and a banana and 1 or 2 packs of egual for
breakfast i spent alot of money on tons of different kinds of protien this
one is the best in my opinion if you go the first week of the month and
have their gold card its really cheap( buy one get one 1/2 price plus 20 %
off it costs me around $40.00 for 2 3 lb jugs which last 2 months) hope
this helps!!

Had to put my two cents in here... I would HIGHLY recommend trying a bunch
of different ones before you buy large amts to try. Vitalady.com saved me
by having all those samples to try prior to buying the big jugs. My
personal favorites: Sci Fit lemonade smoothie or strawberry icecream and
ProLab wildberry. Trust me...try them all to find one. We MUST get our
protein in!
