Is there a diffrence btwn sugar free and no sugar added?
I was looking for some popsicles and saw sugar free and no sugar added... is there a big difference?? — S W. (posted on March 6, 2002)

No sugar added products still contain natural sugars and even alcohol
sugars, which are still sugars. If you read the carton it will show you the
sugar contents. Best to stick to sugar FREE products if your doctor told
you no sugars.

I have been using 'no sugar added' products since day 1 and my loss has
been great, especially for a lightweight. And there are some very good
products out there. The sugar content is really insignificant. Try it and
see how you do.
