Check out http://www.fitday.com. It's even easier than Dietwatch was, I
think, with similar features.

I, too, am on fitday.com. I have been using it for about 2 months. It's a
great site. Not only does it track all the calories, fat, protein &
carbs you take in each day, BUT, it also can chart your weight loss &
the amount you exercise. It's simple to use, and you don't need to know
how many calories are in what you ate... you just need to know what you
ate!

I use Nutrawatch.com, which I believe is very similar to Fitday...just nice
to have choices, I think!

If any of you are keeping public journals at Fitday? Please post your
links. It really helps to see what others are eating plus it helps to keep
you on tract. If you have to look it up and know that others will see, Why
eat it. By the way this does not always stop me. It really is a fun site.
