Mitch Sivadon-Smith has a website for his Bariatric Cookbook. He also offers protein drink mix product at very reasonable prices. www.EatingHealthyForLife.com I ordered the cookbook. It is set-up to follow the different stages after surgery. From Liquid to One Year out. I love the book
