I don't know about a site, but try this (a variation on a recipe from
Charlotte Goode): Blend up 1 cup of milk, 2 sugar-free "oreo"
cookies, a tablespoon of Cool Whip Free, a scoop of protein powder
(vanilla, chocolate, or unflavored), and 2 packets of Splenda. I GUARANTEE
you will love it! =)

This is a new list that discusses protein powders, mainly, and a little on

I like to use EAS protein powder (Walmart $8.99/12 servings). I blend it
with a cup of 1% milk, a handful of frozen fresh strawberries, and a packet
of Splenda. Its really good, I have it almost everyday for breakfast since
I'm not much of an eater in the morning and this goes down really well. I
picked up the Carb Solutions Powder this past trip to Walmart just to
experiment and while its OK, I find it a bit gritty for my liking.

I don't know of a site, but here is the shake I drink every morning, and
even my hubby loves it! I promise, you will like it. 2 scoops Designer Whey
Chocolate powder, 1/2 container Dannon Lite N Fit yogurt (favorite flavors
are Cherry vanilla, Vanilla, Banana Cream Pie, Blackberry Pie and
Strawberry Banana) 5 ounces of water, 1/2 cup of crushed ice. Blend
untilvery smooth and creamy. It is delicious! The hardest part is choosing
what flavor yogurt to use. Good luck!

Some of my favorite concoctions are as follows:
2 scoops vanilla protein powder + 1 tsp. vanilla extract + splenda to taste
+ 2 tsp. non-dairy coffee creamer (for richness - optional) + 8-12 oz.
water + 8 oz. crushed ice blend on high for a vanilla thick shake.
2 scoops vanilla protein powder + 1 tsp. vanilla extract + 8 oz. water +
1/2 cup frozen fruit + splenda to taste, blend on high speed until desired
consistency.
Add about 1/2 tsp. coconut extract to the pineapple recipe for a pina
colada taste.
My favorite fruits to use are strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and
crushed pineapple. If the fruit is frozen, it thickens the drink to a
shake like consistency without diluting the flavor. If the fruit is not
frozen, add some crushed ice or a few ice cubes ... but I think this
dilutes the flavor too much, so I either use frozen fruit or freeze fruit
canned in its own juice ... no sugar added.
2 scoops vanilla protein powder, 1 teaspoon SF Tang powdered drink mix
(more or less to taste), 8 oz. water, 8 oz. crushed ice. This is kinda
like a creamsicle flavor.
2 scoops chocolate protein powder, 1-2 teaspoons instant coffee, 1-2
teaspoons no sugar added NesQuik or unsweetened cocoa, 1 tsp. vanilla
extract, Splenda to taste, 8 oz. water, 8 oz. crushed ice. Blend on high
for a frosty mocha drink.
I started "doctoring up" my protein drinks so I could stand to
drink them. I have gotten pretty good at it over time and now I actually
LIKE my protein drinks and look forward to them as a treat! You can come
up with almost infinite varieties by using different combinations of SF
liquids, extracts, etc. Good luck with your surgery!
