I have questions regarding getting preapproved

What are the best ways to work on getting preapproval? Any suggestions? My best friend is looking to WLS, but she has an HMO. She has no proof of dieting, even though she has followed slim fast, and the Zone. Any ideas?    — Michelle H. (posted on February 13, 2002)

I was told by the BTC in Mi that as of Jan.1,2002 it was no longer required to have a dr.supervised weith record. Just complete a list of all the "fad" diet attempts. Hope this helps.
