Question:
Anyone out there who has the Colorado State Employees BC/BS PPO?

I work for the state of Colorado and have the PPO from Anthem/Blue Cross/Blue Shield. I called their customer service line today and was told they don't cover this surgery. The person I talked to is supposed to send me the 'booklet', but I'd love to hear from anyone who is on this same plan and has had the surgery.    — [Anonymous] (posted on December 17, 2001)
