Question:
Does anyone have Cigna Healthcare EPO (not PPO or HMO) , of North Carolina?

The company that offers this insurance is in Charlotte NC. I am so afraid that I won't get the approval. No one I've talked to has any history on their approval rate. Cigna tells me it's on an "as needed basis". I sure hope that they agree that I need it!!! :)    — Pam M. (posted on October 2, 2001)
