I do not live in the central coast area, but I do live in the central valley and my insurance is Pacific Care HMO. I had surgery 4-2-01 with Valley Surgical in Fresno. Dr. Boone was my doctor and I think he was exceptional, I also think Dr. Ho and Dr. Higa are outstanding too.
