Question:
Why am I always so hungry?
I am really concerned. Since week one, I have intense physical hunger pangs. I eat and within an hour or two, I am hungry again. I can't stand this. I am eating protein packed things. I had this problem pre-op as well. I have asked my doctor and he said, well you are fine. I am not eating a lot as a result of my hunger, but it is very very frustrating. Any suggestions? — Amy N. Are you starving yourself? When I am hungry, I eat. You can do this and
the weight will come off. I hear of people who just THINK they are eating
too much because they compare theirselves to others they read about. I had
to increase my calories one time just to lose weight again -- make sure you
are eating around 1000 calories a day.

Thank you for the responses. I usually do try to eat when I am feeling
hungry. I follow all of the "rules" about water. Maybe I am not
getting in enough calories. I have kept track in the past and I was
anywhere from 800-1000 calories. I have tried to increase this, but it is
difficult.
